Project Highlight
Hilton tasked us with producing content for two distinct hotels, The Parliament Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton and Reykjavik Konsulat Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton, each with its unique style. The project required collaboration with local filmmakers and careful coordination to ensure a smooth production.
My first experience leading a large-scale production, I took responsibility for casting, wardrobe coordination and logistics planning so that every aspect aligned with Hilton’s brand standards and the creative vision of the campaign director, Don Broida
Managing over 300 actor submissions with the help of Sam Bond, I developed a detailed spreadsheet and built-in email tracker to keep the production team informed. I handled all actor negotiations, communicated buyout terms and organised a Google Drive folder with headshots and showreels for Hilton’s final review, ultimately narrowing the list down to 10 selected talent. While overseeing the talent process, I also collaborated with fashion stylist Sally Minns, curating lookbooks that linked clothing items to stores to ensure the wardrobe aligned with the campaign’s creative direction.
Alongside the lead producer, Jamie Anderson I coordinated crew and talent travel to make sure the crew flew over a day early for prep work and that all costumes were approved and packed for transport.
The production was successfully executed with coherent organisation across casting, wardrobe and logistics. By maintaining efficiency and clear communication, the team delivered high-quality content that met Hilton’s expectations.
